I absolutely love this place. I stop by every time I'm in CDA and am never let down. Service is always great, just don't be in a hurry. Great burgers and amazing fries!

Always a great burger, breakfast and beer. What's bad about a 32 ounce schooner?! Sometimes the service is slow but not tonight. Great!! CDA locals' favorite! YUM!

If your looking for some great breakfast and big brass monkey brews! This is the place for you! Greasy gut bomb delicious food! I highly recommend to go there when your hungover! Just a reminder they only accept cash!

I have been able to enjoy a beer and some food here a couple times over the last week. Our stop in we noticed it is CASH ONLY which is no issue as they have it posted largely in quite a few places. I can't remember the bartenders name but she was personable even though she was busy. My boyfriend and I share a roast beef sandwich and it was killer! We were back in that area a couple days ago and decided to have some beers and burgers; so glad we did! I had the 1/4lb Moot'z sister and the man had a half pound something or other. My man loved his burger and I enjoyed mine; however, neither burger was cooked to the temp we requested but we didn't say anything. We now know to order a bit more rare than normal to get the temp we want, no biggie. We had the same server as last time and she have us great leads on a couple local veterinarians as we have a pretty sick dog right now! Very grateful to this woman for directing us to a great vet and for treating us as if we are locals. She remembere what we drank and I am sure she will remember our dog the next time we go in... I am impressed by this young lady and impressed by the delicious food they pump out of that little kitchen!

Hands down best burger in north Idaho and Spokane! Its hilarious when people say hudsons are good burgers, yes McDonald's fans indeed you are right if you are comparing it to McDonald's. Try the beaconator its off the menu or try the miss piggy burger.

the noznizo (half ground beef half chorizo) was absolutely delicious, but I would not recommended getting food to go. service was very good but the burgers and fries did not seem to travel well, and I only live 2-3 miles away. would definitely go back though.

Meh. Dinner 12.11.12; 1st Timer Average food, no reason to return. Much better food, similarly priced, elsewhere.

I'm not a drinker, but I am an eater. With that said, I wasn't a fan of the food. Fries were soggy, burger was decent. It's really hard to be overly critical...it is after all bar food.

Best gourmet burgers in town! Omelets are also outstanding and the onion rings are about the best you'll find anywhere. If it wasn't for the uncomfortable seating, the fact that they only accept cash and the goofy blonde waitress who is always suspiciously peering out the window into the parking lot this place would have got 5 stars from me. So, remember to hit up the ATM before you go. Substitute onion rings in place of fries and if you're going for a burger, the Conan is a MUST!

I don't think it's possible to write a review for this place without mentioning that it had to change its name from "The Ground Round" back in the '70s. I think it's safe to say at this point that the word's out. The interior is shaped a bit like a lolipop, with the candy being an open dining room in the front, and a pretty dive-y bar as the stick in the back. The owner is a sports guy, and his memorabilia collection hangs all over the place. You wouldn't expect a place to be known both for its omelets and burgers, but here we are. Omelets are boring and I came in at 2 in the afternoon, so I went with a burger whose name I have since forgotten but which featured swiss and a type of chile which was unfamiliar to me. Since I also do not recall the name of this chile, I will take my "Worst Review Ever" award and press on. The burger was very photogenic, piled high with the standard lettuce, burger, et al., and a poppy seed bun. The mystery chile was mild and a little bitter, providing a counterpoint to the burger that's not usually seen in other burger joints. It was a little touch, but after eating as many different burgers as I have (only to find that they're not so different, after all), this was refreshing. I have a good deal of respect for burger places that serve freshly-made fries, and this happily was one of those times. Sadly, many places choose to either fry them too long at too low a temperature for too long, and/or not double-fry them, producing a final product that is significantly grease-laden and devoid of crispiness. There's a lot of older burger places who choose to remain in the past, and as a result their product - while true to form - doesn't really compare with the burger revolutions we have enjoyed over the past decade. I am surprised that Nosworthy's burger is right up there with the big boys of the burger brigade, and while not quite Hall of Fame material, they're not exactly in the minors, either. Post Script: Let it be known that this place is cash-only.

This joint used to be called The Ground Round... Apparently there was some conflict between the owners... Who knows. It is a great hole in the wall dirty spoon burger joint/bar. The burgers are fresh and big and AWESOME! I love little neighborhood type places and this one is one of them!!! Everytime I am in Coeur D Alene I get a group together and hit this joint. It also serves as the perfect hangover establishment... Shit tons of greasy food and hair of the dog! CHECK IT OUT!!!

If you like really big glasses of beer for a small price tag, this is the place for you. If you want a good meal with good sides, forget it. The french fries were almost not fit to eat, being soggy and burned on the edges. When I commented to the waitress, she said "oh well, that's the way they always fix 'em". Went back to try breakfast based on a friend's recommendation. The omelet was really pretty good, but the coffee was so weak it almost did not have color, and had to ask twice for any jam for the toast. We won't be back.

Fabulous breakfast place! My husband is breakfast slut and we are always trying new places, but sometimes the old places just have what it takes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is efficient and Knowledgable, and the menu is straightforward and delicious. Although many people were enjoying a large goblet/schooner of beer with their mid morning repast, I resisted...barely. We started with an appetizer of pancakes (I often do this when I can't decide between sweet or savory for my meal) and they were served quickly and hot off the griddle slightly crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside. My husband ordered a "Belushi omelet" which was three eggs, bacon, peppers, grilled onions, chili and cheese...OMG it was good! It was served with half a plate of hash browns and thick wheat toast. After my pancake starter I opted for the two egg breakfast where my two over medium eggs were perfect with hash browns and toast. I am anxious to return to have a burger and a goblet of beer when I have an afternoon to waste in the comfort of this cozy place...I wish I liked sports I would come here all the time. As an additional note, my husband and daughter came here a couple years ago when the world cup soccer games were on and there were no bars showing the 6 a.m. games...except Nosworthys! My husband will be eternally thankful for their enthusiasm! I keep changing my rating from 4 to 5 because I have nothing bad to say, but they accept cash only and I'm kind of a credit card girl...my children seem to siphon any cash I have and I have to think ahead to get some!
